BETWEEN THE REGISTERED NUTRITIONAL THERAPY PRACTITIONER (RNTP)

AND THE CLIENT

1. Registration and Participation:

   • Registration is a prerequisite for attending the webinar. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces are limited.

   • By registering, participants affirm that the information provided is accurate and acknowledge that their participation is voluntary.

   • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including inability to attend the session.

2. Content and Advice:

   • The webinar is conducted by a registered nutritional therapy practitioner and is intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

   • The content presented during the webinar does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are advised to consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns or conditions.

3. Recording and Distribution:

   • The webinar may be recorded for archival and educational purposes. By participating, participants consent to such recording and the use of the content for educational and promotional purposes. Recordings will not include participants' personal information, images, or questions.

   • Unauthorized recording or distribution of webinar content by participants is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality:

   • Personal information disclosed during the webinar will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent from the participant.

   • While the webinar may be recorded, these recordings will not include any participant’s personal information, image, or questions to safeguard privacy.

   • Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by others during the webinar.

5. Handouts and Materials:

   • Participants will receive a handout following the webinar, summarizing key points discussed.

   • The handout and all information provided during the webinar are confidential and intended for personal use only. Participants agree not to share, distribute, or sell the handout or any webinar content.

6. Liability:

   • The organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the webinar or reliance on any information provided during the session.

   • Participants accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on the information provided in the webinar.

7. Code of Conduct:

   • Participants are required to engage in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the webinar.

   • All questions and discussions should pertain strictly to the subject of nutrition.
