About Agnes
Agnes Doma, co-founder of Generation Superhealth Clinic
Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, BANT Registered Nutritionist® & Functional Medicine Practitioner. DipION, mBANT, CNHC, AFMCP, mIFM.
Hello, I am Agnes, a registered nutritional therapy practitioner, BANT registered Nutritionist, food lover, woman, wife and mother.
Food and nutrition have always been part of my life: I grew up in a family, where food has always played an important role and cooking with my mother and grandmothers passed on their love of home-made, nourishing dishes.
After a successful career in finance, my academic journey to nutrition started as a hobby and continued with five years of functional nutrition studies in England and the USA, where I was introduced to the holistic approach of personalised nutrition. Since then, I haven’t looked back and I have been constantly expanding my knowledge, as nutrition science is evolving day by day, bringing us closer to understand the impact of our diet and lifestyle on our body's functioning.
I find it fascinating how many biochemical processes are triggered in our bodies by each bite of food, which basically determine our physical and mental health. I also experienced how difficult it is to navigate the myriad of conflicting dietary recommendations and how lost one might feel trying to make sense of them.
My special interest is in the beneficial effects of nutritional therapy on women’s health from the teenage years to menopause and beyond, hormonal imbalances and digestive problems, including the awesome world of our microbiome. But I am also very aware of the impact of our busy lifestyle and stress can have on our health and wellbeing and how the right nutrition helps manage weight issues, increase energy level and support immune system.
My approach is based on functional nutrition and on the NUTRITION-BALANCE-LIFESTYLE triangle.
As a Registered Nutritional Therapist my goals are:
to identify the root cause, why and where the balance in your body has been disrupted,
to understand how nutrients, foods and lifestyle factors affect your body's function,
to support you to restore the balance by taking into account your biochemical uniqueness and develop a personalized program based on your short- and long-term health goals.
Whether overcoming health challenges or pursuing a healthier, happier life for you and your family, I'm here to support your journey.
I am a qualified, fully insured and registered Nutritional Therapist, having graduated from the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London after four years of intensive training. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and am accredited by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I continue developing my knowledge and skills through ongoing training at the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), USA, and many other post-graduate courses such as Dr. Datis Kharazzian, Dr. Nirala Jacobi or Nutritional Medicine Institute. I also ensure that I stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research.

How my journey began
Food isn't just fuel but a powerful force shaping our health and well-being. I'm deeply passionate about all things food—from baking and cooking to creating delicious recipes and photographing them—and I've seen first-hand how the right choices can transform lives.
When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll often find me diving into microbiome research or enjoying outdoor adventures like skiing and hiking with my loved ones. But no matter where I am, my mission remains the same: to spread the message of how food impacts our health.
Let me share the journey that led me from a 15-year career in banking to becoming a functional nutritionist.
Food and cooking have always been central to my family's life, but it wasn't until I became a mother that I truly appreciated the importance of healthy eating for my kids' well-being. My first-hand experience of how vital nutrition is for my children's development inspired me to prioritise wholesome meals at home. Switching from a busy finance career, I made it my mission to create nutritious meals for my family.
Navigating all the conflicting advice was challenging, but it sparked my interest in how every bite can nourish or harm us.
What started as a passion led me to pursue five years of intensive functional nutrition studies in England and the USA. Through these experiences, I embraced the holistic approach to personalised nutrition. Since then, I've been on a constant journey of learning and growth. Nutrition science is continuously evolving, with new research emerging every day. I now help you understand the food-health connection and empower you to make informed choices according to your health goals.
